Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients & Measurements Used
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup coco powder(unsweetened)
- 10 tbsp melted butter or 12 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt (If you are taking salted butter no need to add extra salt)

8" cake tin
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius for 5 minutes .
- Mix all the dry ingredients(all purpose flour,coco powder,sugar,salt) together in a bowl .
- Now sift them using a sifter or sieve.It helps the ingredients to in cooperate together!
- Add the melted butter,vanilla essence and mix well.
- Now add the two eggs and blend it with the mixture with a spatula.
- Line the cake tin with an aluminium foil.
- Now Transfer the mixture into the cake tin.
- Tap the tin and level the top.
- After that bake it for 50 minutes in 160 degree Celsius.
- Then Cool it and cut into desired shape.
- Dust it with some powdered Sugar.Yummy Brownies are ready!
*Brownies should be crisp on the outside and soft and fudgy on the inside !!!
