Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate Brownie

  This is a really easy recipe for making chocolate brownies. It tastes good !!!

    Ingredients & Measurements Used
    •  1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
       
    •  1/2 cup all purpose flour  
    •  1 cup coco powder(unsweetened)
    • 10 tbsp melted butter or 12 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    • 1/2 tsp salt (If you are taking salted butter no need to add extra salt)    

    Required

        8" cake tin



    Method
    1. Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius for 5 minutes .
    2. Mix  all the dry ingredients(all purpose flour,coco powder,sugar,salt) together in a bowl  .
    3. Now sift them using a sifter or sieve.It helps the ingredients to in cooperate together!
    4. Add the melted butter,vanilla essence and mix well.
    5. Now add the two eggs and blend it with the mixture with a spatula.
    6. Line the cake tin with an aluminium foil.
    7. Now Transfer the mixture into the cake tin.
    8. Tap the tin and level the top.
    9. After that bake it for 50 minutes in 160 degree Celsius. 
    10. Then Cool it and cut into desired shape.
    11. Dust it with some powdered Sugar.Yummy Brownies are ready! 
    * We are not using any baking powder in this recipe!!!
    *Brownies should be crisp on the outside and soft and fudgy on the inside !!!
