Microwave Mug/Ramekin Chocolate Cake(Egg Less)
Ingredients & Measurements Used
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp coco powder(unsweetened)
- 3 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch salt
- a pinch baking soda(optional)
- 5 tbsp milk or lukewarm water
2-3 Ramekins or Mugs
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients(All purpose flour,coco powder,sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt) together in a bowl .
- Now sift them using a sifter or sieve.It helps the ingredients to in cooperate together
- Add the melted butter and milk and stir everything to a smooth consistency.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the 3 ramekins. Remember to give enough room for the cake to raise.(You can also add some chocolate chips or nuts into the Ramekins )
- Microwave it for 3 mins or until a skewer inserted into the center of a cake comes out clean.
- Easy Microwave cake is Ready!
