Mango(Ripe) Yogurt Curry/Mambazha Puliseri
This is one of the popular curry in Kerala.It has a sweet and sour taste.

Method
1.Put a soucepan on the cook top and boil the mango in 1/2 cup water along with turmeric, green chillies and salt.
2.While mango is cooking ,grind the coconut with the cumin seeds to a fine paste using a blender.(While grinding coconut use lukewarm water if you are in a cold country)
3.Add the coconut paste into the cooking mango.
4.Bring this to boil and turn off the flame.

- 2-3 ripe mango(if you are using small mangoes use 4-5) cut into pieces
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2-3 green chilli
- salt as required
- 1 tsp jaggery (if mango is too sour)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut grated
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 cup Yogurt/Vegan Yogurt
For seasoning
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 6-7 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2-3 dried red chilli
Method

5.Check the taste if its too sour add jaggery now.
6.Wait for the curry to cool down to room temperature .
7.Now add the yogurt and mix well.

8.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.When it splutters add fenugreek seed,curry leaves and dried red chilli and saute for 5 seconds
8.Now switch off the flame and add seasoning to the curry and mix well.
9.Transfer the curry into a serving bowl.Enjoy it with steamed rice.
